We were actively involved in many of the international offerings of our Indonesian clients in reliance on Rule 144 A and Regulation S. With a focus on public company works – including extensive experience in advising compliance with securities regulations, affiliated party and material transactions, tender offer transactions and disclosure areas – our team is well positioned to address clients’ needs and protect their reputation.
