- A Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from a reputable Indonesian university;
- Holding an advocate license from the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI);
- At least 2 years of experience in legal practice;
- Sound knowledge of Indonesian civil code, company law, investment law, job creation law, and capital markets law (for Corporate and Securities practice);
- Sound knowledge of Indonesian civil procedures, civil code, insolvency laws, law on the settlement of industrial relations disputes, and arbitration law (for Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice);
- Detail-oriented;
- Professional attitude and strong personal ethics;
- Able to work autonomously and as a part of a team;
- Capable of managing high pressure working conditions due to nature of work;
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written;
- Capable of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
