Fathya is a dedicated legal professional who is committed to excellence.

At IDS Attorneys, she has been involved in a wide range of matters, both contentious and non-contentious, specifically in cases relating to shipping and maritime, torts, and industrial relations issues.

Fathya started her law career as an intern during her final year at law school. As a proactive learner, she represented her university internationally, winning accolades such as Best Position Paper award at Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona Model United Nations (MUN) 2021 and co-authoring a winning research paper on Indonesian state-owned enterprises’ legal structures at the 3rd International Conference on Law, Governance, and Social Justice. Her global perspective was further enriched through an exchange program at Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, fully funded by the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA), where she studied comparative legal-political systems and engaged in cross-cultural exchange.

Fathya leverages her organizational involvement in Asian Law Students’ Association (ALSA) and Justitia English Club, along with her MUN and research experiences, to deliver insightful legal solutions. She approaches every challenge with persistence, adaptability, and a sharp analytical mindset, qualities that define her emerging career in law.
